General
By using this website and engaging Studio Arc Interiors for any service, you agree to these terms. These terms govern the relationship between Studio Arc Interiors and its clients for all interior design, civil, and carpentry services.
Quotations and Payments
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Work commences only after a signed agreement and advance payment. Payment milestones are linked to project stages and are agreed in writing before work starts. No changes to scope are undertaken without written approval and a revised cost estimate.
Timelines
Project timelines are estimates based on normal working conditions. Delays caused by client decisions, material procurement delays beyond our control, or site access issues are not included in our quoted timelines. We will communicate any delays as soon as they are identified.
Warranty
All carpentry and modular work carries a 1-year workmanship warranty covering defects arising from our installation. This does not cover damage from misuse, water ingress unrelated to our waterproofing scope, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be reported in writing.
Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, 3D renders, and concepts prepared by Studio Arc Interiors remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. We reserve the right to photograph completed projects for portfolio use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability in any dispute is limited to the value of the specific work in question. We are not liable for indirect losses, business disruption, or consequential damages arising from delays or defects.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
